My husband and I live in the hills of Oakland with beautiful vistas and (almost) perfect weather, but I feel more that I'm a citizen of the world. We are all on this planet together each with our gifts, whatever they may be, to offer each other. This is one reason I like Novica so much as I feel a connection to others in the world every time I visit this site. I have two grown sons, both of whom are gifted artists - One is a glass artist and the other in graphic arts. Like so many of your parents, who taught you their craft, I am so proud of my sons and enjoy watching their creative process. My medium are pen and ink, graphite and colored pencil - simple abstract drawings that encourage you to see images in them, like one does looking up at the puffy clouds going by.
