I am a lifelong resident of the midwestern United States. I've been married for over 30 years to a wonderful man and have two adult sons. I am a former schoolteacher and currently work in the children's department of a large public library. My other interests are sewing, quilting, crocheting, photography and making beaded jewelry. Some day I plan to learn to paint in watercolor or acrylics. I also love the outdoors and enjoy camping and birdwatching. When not busy with my other hobbies I can be found curled up with my cat and a good book.

I have been using my "Hieroglyphs" handbag since day one. I've received many compliments on it. It is a nice size and easy to carry. It's large enough to hold a book and my other necessities without being bulky. The interesting pattern of the fabric adds so much to the design.
