I live in the foothills of California's gold country where the seasonal changes are bold: hot, dry summers and chilly wet winters. I love frogs, and plants, and tall, tall trees that dance in the breeze. I like seeing the colors progress as leaves flicker in the sunlight and blooms turn their faces to the warmth. Bird songs, children laughing, and frogs calling out to one another are my favorite sounds.
