I really love the great outdoors. Whether it's a mountain trail, desert canyon or a raging river, I always feel at peace when I'm outside enjoying nature. As a professional chef I also enjoy making others happy with my cooking skills. My travels have taken me throughout the U-S. I'm especially fond of the Grand Canyon and the other great wilderness areas in the Western part of America. The photo of me was taken one very cold evening atop a canyon wall in Death Valley National Park in California. My least favorite things? War and hatred. All I am saying is "Give Peace A Chance".
