Maitri is a writer, artist, small press publisher, and founder of "Making Art & Raising Chickens." She is also a Reiki Master, and Shambhalla Master Healer. In her Dragonfly Cottage Studio she works amidst 4 pugs, 5 parrots, and looks out onto the woods and wild birds at numerous feeders and her cottage garden with its life-size Magic Ship as she works on her books designs for a new line of products coming soon.
