Last year at this time I was on novica.com shopping for the approaching holiday season. Among the items I purchased was a "Mr. Serene" puppet by - Gusti Ngurah Semarajaya. I admit this is something I do at times, buying for myself when I am supposed to be shopping for others! I received the wrapped package containing Mr. Serene, and asked my wife to put it under the tree, telling her it was simply a gift she was giving me for Christmas. Mesmerized to the point of buying him when I say Mr Serene on the site, seeing him in person when I opened the package on Christmas was no different. Mr Serene is very serene, and beautifully handcrafted. My wife loved him just as much as I did. What a great addition he has been to our home. He has lounged in our living room ever since, bringing his great little vibe as a greeting to all who enter the room. I highly recommend adopting a Mr Serene of your very own.
