I returned to school when I was 39 years old and now have a Masters degree in Social work. I love to work with children and their families and have learned so much through our relationships. I love to travel to southern countries with my family (it is too rainy here in the winter)! I am starting my first book! It is intended for schools of social work, new social workers, and community professionals who work directly with vulnerable children and their families. I hope to work only until 2014 - at which time I hope to retire and continue to counsel children and write books.
