I really like art of all kinds now, but earrings still my favorite! When I was introduced to Novica-via The Hunger Site some time ago-I just looked at jewelry/earrings from South America mostly. Over time I discovered new artists, new places and new art. My Dad & brother were the artists in my family. My Dad could draw all kinds of things-the funniest usually on a napkin. And he also did some paintings and large drawings. And my brother was an artist also, he designed some jewelry-mostly rings. He also did some tie-dye and other art. They both created art/items of all kinds. And my family-before I was born- spent several years in West Africa where my Dad had an engineering job. The appreciate art gene I got from all of my family but especially my Mom. Neither my mom nor I had much of the making art gene. She was interested in & enjoyed all kinds of different art and introduced me to various arts also.
