I recently purchased one of Neide's backpacks. Not only was it as wonderful as the picture showed, but in only one day of carrying it, I have received numerous compliments! It arrived very quickly, and well packaged within a few days of my order. Neide even enclosed a personal note, which I thought was the icing on the cake!!
