I was born in Puerto Rico. I came to the US with my mother to join my father when I was 1 year old. I had to teach them how to speak English. I am the oldest of 8 children, so I know how it is to struggle. My parents valued education,I went on to complete a B.A. I love to learn new things and meet new people. I wanted to be an Embassador or Diplomat, but life took me in another direction.I teach in a High School and I have raised 2 beautiful,intelligent children who are good human beings. When I retire I want to travel and share my talents.
